This software deals with overall trading of small goods between the Customers in U.A.E and India. In this software, we can create an invoice (HAWB) for separate customers. After creating such invoices we can raise MAWB with various invoices including in it. One can also raise Cargo Manifest with various MAWB-s. We can update the status of the invoices. There are separate modules for users in India and UAE. Users in UAE can only update status of the MAWB, while the users in UAE can update status of each invoice. This software is linked with the Accounts package.
User rights are also set for various users. The admin has the privilege to delete or block a user. The UAE users can create Invoices, MAWB and also update status of the MAWB. While the users in India can only update the status of the invoices and record the date of delivery of goods at the destination. The admin can do all the above said process.
Reports on Invoice, MAWB, Shipping form, Cargo Manifest as well as date wise can be taken. The Shipping Form is a declaration form on which the consignee signs when the goods are being delivered to them. The date wise report gives the overall idea of the income generated on the given dates.
